At a relatively young age, Milan Kordestani is gaining popularity in his hometown. For instance, he is the CEO of Milan farms which he founded in 2015. Apart from establishing a successful farm, he is also a feature writer with the Huffington post and an award-winning equestrian. Through hard work and dedication, he has achieved a lot that none of his peers could have.
Kordestani was born and raised in the US. However, when his parents separated, they relocated to London. In 2010, he moved back to the US where he finished his high school studies in 2017. Since the age of ten, he has had the passion for horse riding. Unfortunately, it has not been a smooth experience like being thrown off a running horse. Nevertheless, he braved and conquered his fears to win the first leg of the Triple Crown in 2015. The following year he emerged second in the World Championships Horse Show.
In 2015, while still in high school, he decided to establish the Milan Farms. His major concern that prompted him to start the farm was the inhumane way animals were raised. Milan farm has grown to become a huge supplier of eggs, poultry and saffron mint. In an effort to boost production, the farm works closely with other farms with similar interests across the country. Milan Kordestani rose to prominence in farming by becoming the first to use hydroponic technology instead of soil to grow saffron. The farm adopts a one hundred percent organic model of agriculture. Products from the farm have gained a considerable reputation in the area and across the country for transparency and integrity in the production processes. Due to the increased demand for poultry products, the farm has since expanded to three other farms. The new farms are aimed to supply products to the west coast and Colorado regions.
