Bhanu Choudhrie is one of the most successful businessmen in the U.K. and India. Born in India, he moved to the U.K. and founded Alpha Aviation Group, a leader in aviation training and services. His dedication to charity work includes involvement with Path To Success, an organization that provides scholarships for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Despite some controversy surrounding his business dealings, Bhanu remains a highly respected entrepreneur who has achieved great success, both personally and professionally.
Early Life and Education
Bhanu was born in New Delhi, India, in 1978 to parents Deepak and Aruna Choudhrie. He attended the American School of Bombay before going on to study at Boston University where he earned a degree in International Business Administration. After graduating from college, he moved to London where he began his career as an investment banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co., eventually becoming Vice President of European Investment Banking at UBS AG.
Founding Alpha Aviation Group
In 2008, Bhanu founded Alpha Aviation Group (AAG), an aviation service provider offering aircraft charter services and flight training programs designed for aspiring pilots who want to become professional pilots or start their own businesses as private jet owners or operators. AAG’s mission is to provide quality training programs with the highest safety standards possible while providing customer service that goes above and beyond expectations.
Involvement with Path To Success
Bhanu Choudhrie also dedicates significant time to Path To Success (PTS), a charity organization that provides scholarships for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue higher education or vocational training courses so that they can be successful in their future careers. In addition to his financial contributions, Bhanu Choudhrie is on PTS’ Board of Trustees and contributes his expertise as a businessman to help guide the organization’s mission and support its growth over time.
