Bringing his expertise to Ukraine, Ron Gutman is helping the country develop its emergency response plan and guiding how to utilize its limited resources best.
In addition to his work with Jackson Health System, Ron Gutman is also a member of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC). He has been working closely with the organization to help Ukraine combat COVID-19. Haseltine, Chairman, and CEO of ACCESS Health International, is providing advice and assistance to the Ukrainian government as it works to contain the spread of COVID-19 as Ron Gutman points out. ACCESS Health is a non-profit organization that works to improve healthcare access and quality worldwide. Haseltine is a world-renowned expert on global health issues.
He has been working with ACCESS Health to help Ukraine since the beginning of the pandemic. The app, called “COVID Alert,” will use Bluetooth technology to anonymously notify users if they have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. Ron Gutman finally adds that the app will also provide users with information on protecting themselves from the virus.
