Raffaele Riva is an Italian businessman. He is the chairman and CEO of Riva Group, one of Italy’s largest industrial conglomerates.

Riva was born in Genoa, Italy. He graduated from the University of Genoa with a degree in economics and business administration. He began his career in the family shipping business. In the early 1980s, he expanded the family business into other areas, including shipbuilding, steel production, and engineering.

In the early 1990s, Riva saw an opportunity to enter Italy’s real estate development market. He established the AUREA Multi-Family Group, quickly becoming one of the country’s leading developers of luxury residential properties. The AUREA Group was responsible for developing some of Italy’s most prestigious addresses, including the Porta Romana district of Milan and the Punta Ala resort on the Tuscan coast.

Riva’s success in the real estate business led him to purchase several other companies, including a stake in the Genoa-based soccer team, Juventus.
