Haroldo Jacobovicz is the Founder of the Horizons Group, a leading Brazilian telecom and IT company founded in 1993. The company’s business comprises two companies that operate respectively as a provider of broadband internet services and a digital telecommunications operator. Curitiba is the fifth largest city in Brazil, and due to its geographic location at the southern end of Brazil, it has become a popular tourist destination. The company settled on the city to build its headquarters.
